Larbert, and indeed Falkirk, where we plan to build soon, are the perfect centrepoints to both Glasgow and Edinburgh, with excellent transport links. Both towns have mainline railway stations, (Falkirk has two) and instant motorway links, making them an ideal base for commuters.

Larbert is also very popular with those working or travelling to Forth Valley Royal Hospital, which is located just a short walk from our No1 Old Bellsdyke Road development. The prestigious Glenbervie Golf Club is nearby.

Offering all you will need in terms of local amenities, with schools, nurseries, shops, doctor and dental surgeries, Larbert has a friendly village feel. Falkirk provides a wider range of shopping, entertainment and leisure facilities, and is home to the popular Helix Park and Kelpies, the largest equine sculptures in the world. You’ll also find that the historic Callendar House and Country Park is fantastic for a visit, along with the famous Falkirk Wheel, the world’s only rotating boat lift, connecting the Forth and Clyde Canal with the Union Canal. A couple of real world firsts there for Falkirk!  

For those planning to study, the University of Stirling is nearby in what is Scotland’s greenest City, whilst Forth Valley College offers a choice of different campuses in Falkirk and the surrounding area.
